Yes. We regularly perform at mountain venues in Vail, Breckenridge, Aspen, Estes Park, and throughout Summit County. Mountain events require additional planning and equipment — we'll discuss your specific venue during the consultation.
How far in advance should I book for a Denver event?
For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. Denver wedding season peaks May–October, and mountain venues often book even earlier. For corporate events and private parties, 4–8 weeks is typically sufficient.
Can you handle outdoor events in Colorado?
Absolutely. We're fully equipped for outdoor events — we bring appropriate speaker stands, weather-resistant cable management, and we plan around Colorado's afternoon thunderstorm patterns. We've performed at outdoor venues from Denver rooftops to mountain meadows.
Do you serve Boulder and Fort Collins?
Yes. We regularly serve Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley. These areas are within our standard service range. For events in more remote locations, we'll discuss travel logistics during the consultation.
What's the travel policy for mountain venues?
Our Premium and Ultimate packages include 200–300 miles of travel. Mountain venues in Summit County, Vail, and Aspen typically fall within or just outside this range. We'll calculate the exact mileage for your venue and discuss any additional travel fees upfront.
